The new version of the record contains all 16 original songs, plus six new ones - and unsurprisingly, you'll have to re-buy the whole album to get five of those six. The only one available as an individual download is the follow-up to and Iggy Azalea's popular 'Go Hard or Go Home.' On the sequel, Khalifa does not re-team with Azalea, but instead works alongside Trey Songz, French Montana and Ty Dolla Sign. That makes it Khalifa's third contribution to the album, counting part one and his hit which became the album's breakout single with over 900 million views on YouTube as it was released in tribute to series star Paul Walker. Other new songs on Deluxe Edition are 'Delirious (Boneless)' by Steve Aoki, Chris Lake and Tujamo featuring Kid Ink; 'Francoise' by soFLY and Nius; 'Holler' by Gent and Jawns; 'Hamdullillah' by The Narcicyst featuring Shadia Mansour; and 'Tempest' by Deftones. All five, whereas 'Go Hard or Go Home (Part 2)' appears to have been produced specifically for this new album.

It's not that surprising that Atlantic would double-dip this soundtrack, as it performed well commercially after its release in March. It was, and by May had already sold more copies than any other album from the 'Fast & Furious' franchise with the exception of 'The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift.' It was ultimately certified Gold in four countries: the United Kingdom, Austria, Hungary and Japan. While fans will have to sample 'Part 2' to see if they want to shell out another 12 dollars to re-buy the whole Furious 7 album, Universal Music Group has also taken this opportunity to re-release the previous six 'Fast & Furious' records as one massive digital collection. As far as soundtrack albums go, the 'Fast & Furious' franchise continues to be on the cutting edge, and Deluxe Edition might fill in the missing pieces for some die-hard fans looking for just a few more songs.
